New White Paper: Resilience by Design - Securing Europe’s Digital Foundations

During the Beyond GovTech 2025 conference, Digital Hub Denmark launched a new white paper examining how Europe can enhance its digital resilience, competitiveness, and sovereignty in an era characterised by cyber threats and quantum technologies.

It argues that digital resilience is not just about preventing attacks; it’s about enabling societies and businesses to adapt, recover, and evolve in a rapidly changing technological landscape.

The white paper gathers insights from leading experts and institutions across Europe, from the European Commission and the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs to industry leaders and quantum researchers, highlighting how cybersecurity, quantum innovation, and digital governance must work hand in hand to secure Europe’s digital future.
